WASHINGTON — Republican aides are calling out the White House for scheduling President Barack Obama's remarks on avoiding the sequester at the same time House Majority Leader Eric Cantor is delivering a major address Tuesday afternoon.Cantor's address to the American Enterprise Institute at 1 p.m. has been on the books for weeks, and is billed by his aides as an agenda-setting speech — and one, that according to excerpts, will continue the party's shift away from a singular focus on fiscal isses.
I was not aware of this epic, agenda-setting, teeth-brightening, hair-volumizing speech, that has been on the books for weeks.
But if I am to believe the GOP, millions of Americans were anticipating this speech like Beyonce fans tuning into the Superbowl and that has now all been ruined by the Ruiner of Everything, Barack Hussein Obama.

@steventdennis @ethanklapper @zekejmiller White House wants to distract from positive, substantive ideas to help working families, again.

Classy RT @zekejmiller: Obama scheduled his statement at the same time Eric Cantor is laying out his agenda. Hm...

Now all the C-Span watch parties that were planned in anticipation of Eric Cantor's speech, have been ruined as the President rains on the GOP's parade, with a speech about his proposed alternative to the automatic sequestration cuts arriving in four weeks.
So in order to save the Republic and in the spirit of bi-partisanship, please watch the President live and then TiVo Eric Cantor, who is giving a very important speech today.
The President is scheduled to make his presentation at 1:15 CT (Cantor Time.)
For those that can find the words, feel free to discuss how past speeches from Eric Cantor have fundamentally changed your lives.
